Number of places: 50 (19 without tax and 31 with tax)

Tax per year: 4,500 LEI

Schedule of the admission process

1st intake – July – August 2018

1. Registration (between 8:00-16:00) 22 – 24 July
2. Publication of the schedule for the language competence test 24 July
3. Sustaining the language test and display of results 25 July
4. Publication of the exam details (ie. where? and when?) 25 July
5. Sustain the exam (in grid format) 26 July
4. Submitting complaints for test results, between 08:00-12:00 27 July
5. Publication of the preliminary admission results: candidates admitted on places financed from the state budget and candidates admitted on tax places 29 July
6. Confirmation of the places by registration of the original Bachelor and baccalaureate diplomas and/or payment of 1/2 of the annual tuition fee, registration of withdrawals 29-30 July (between 9:00-16:00)
7. Confirmation of admission results: candidates admitted on places financed from the state budget and candidates admitted on tax places 31 July
8. Application files withdrawal, upon request 01 August
9. Matriculation to the 1st year of studies 1st October 2019
10. Signature of the tuition contracts 01-21 October 2019

What documents you need for Enrolling to the program:

  • A legalized copy or a certified copy of the birth certificate
  • ID card copy
  • The declaration on your own responsibility, completed at the time of enrollment in the IT system, whereby the candidate undertakes that he / she will not benefit simultaneously from the budget for two higher education programs, regardless of their level, that will not simultaneously attend more than two programs of university studies, irrespective of their level and form of funding, and that they have not been expelled for ESA fraud
  • Agreement on the processing of personal data
  • 2 photos ¾;
  • Medical certificate showing that you are fit for higher education studies
  • A legalized copy or a certified copy of the marriage certificate (if applicable)
  • The documents showing you have paid the tax (if applicable)
  • Other documents (only for those who have special admission conditions to the Master program)

If you have graduated a bachelor program from ASE you will need only an envelope which should be marked with your contact details (e.g. name, email address, telephone number) containing the following documents:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), in original, legalized or certified copy according to the original (for graduates of the 2019 graduation, graduation license with a bachelor’s examination, specifying the arithmetic averages of the study years, the average of the bachelor’s examination. For the graduates of study programs abroad, the graduation diploma / certificate will be accompanied by the certificate of recognition issued by the Ministry of National Education – CNRED and the registration dossier will be addressed by the ASE International Relations Department.
  • Enrollment sheet or supplement to the bachelor’s degree program in original or certified according to the original (except graduates of the 2019 promotion)
  • The baccalaureate diploma (or its equivalent) or certified according to the original
  • Medical certificate showing that you are fit for higher education studies
  • A legalized copy or a certified copy of the birth certificate
  • A legalized copy or a certified copy of the marriage certificate (if applicable)
  • The declaration on your own responsibility, completed at the time of enrollment in the IT system, whereby the candidate undertakes that he / she will not benefit simultaneously from the budget for two higher education programs, regardless of their level, that will not simultaneously attend more than two programs of university studies, irrespective of their level and form of funding, and that they have not been expelled for ESA fraud
