Oana is a global management consultant with 20 years of experience in analytics, data visualisation, data quality and data governance.
She spent over 10 years in financial industry, based in New York, with regional and global responsibility roles for Citigroup, HSBC and Allianz Global Investors.
A FABIZ alumni since 2001 Oana also holds a Masters in Global Sales from The University of Akron, OH, USA. She is a Certified Information Management Professional in Data Quality and also holds Enterprise Data Management Council certification in Data Management Capability Assessment. Currently at EY Romania, Oana also has EY Badge recognition in Information Strategy as well as Data Visualisation.
Oana has a passion for data and the stories data can tell. Equally, she is passionate about diversity and achieving synergies by leveraging each team members’ strengths. Throughout her career she learned the importance of good quality data as well as good quality analysts and leaders.
