Sorin is a well-rounded leader with extensive experience in different environments and working with different cultures across the Globe.
Sorin has been with HEINEKEN since 2007 working across 3 continents (regions): Africa (The Democratic Republic of Congo) for 3 years, America (Haiti – Caribbean) for 3 years and Europe (Romania and in cross European projects). As functional expert, Sorin has designed and implemented Change Management Programs, Performance Management systems, Rewards Processes, Leadership and Functional Development Curricula, as well as Engagement Programs in each country and business he has been part of.
Flexible thinker and continuously adapting to the new, Sorin’s main focus currently is the Inclusion & Diversity agenda, the Digital Capabilities Development and the Wellbeing Programs, step change in the company approach regarding People.
