Andreea Stoican-Matei

Andreea Stoican-Matei is a permanent member of the Bucharest Bar Association (2011-present), with over 10 years of professional experience in civil, commercial, and corporate law.
She is involved in several professional associations, being general secretary of the Romanian Business Law Association and a member of the Romanian Construction Law Association.
Andreea Stoican-Matei has a Ph.D. in Commercial Law and is a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies, teaching courses and seminars in Civil Law and Business Law and European Union Law at the Economic Faculties teaching in foreign languages.
Regarding her publishing activity, she has published 3 books and 25 articles, mainly in civil and corporate law.
